Review the Periodic Table.
In this exercise, students use a blank periodic table to answer review questions and to label the different sections of the periodic table. For example, they are asked to color the halogens blue, the noble gases red, etc. They will label the periods, families, lanthanoids, actinoids, alkali metals, etc. Students will draw arrows indicating the periodic properties of the periods and the families.
This activity is appropriate for:
1) Students enrolled in physical science or chemistry.
2) Students in grades 9-12.
3) Students enrolled in a standard level course or an honors level course
This would make a great quiz, homework or review exercise. Your download will consist of 20 questions/items that must be completed on the periodic table, a blank periodic table, and all answers. This is appropriate for physical science or chemistry students.
