This is Unit 4 of Reading Through History's Personal Finance course. In this unit, saving for retirement, credit and credit scores, and methods of borrowing money are discussed. Each lesson (broken into two) contains a two page reading describing the material in a clear and straightforward manner. The material is followed by reading comprehension questions, vocabulary activities, a guided reading activity, student summaries, and a student response essay question. This material was created due to a severe lack of content available to us in our classrooms. We are sharing it here, as we are certain other teachers tasked with teaching financial literacy or personal finance are bound to find it useful.
