This personal hygiene bingo game is perfect for your students to recognize and identify important items involved in their own self-care (ex: shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap etc. ), as well as proper methods of caring for oneself (ex: using a tissue to blow their nose, washing hands with soap and water etc.).
I have included 3 bingo cards in this set. Each bingo card includes 6 color photographs, and each are slightly different. The title is color coded for your convenience, which allows you to easily recognize which cards you should swap out for a specific student if you would like to play multiple games for a science lesson or center.
You may laminate the sheets for extra durability, and utilize blocks or markers as bingo chips.
This is an excellent activity to allow students with special needs to engage in a larger group activity, as well as practice listening and turn-taking skills. Students can either verbally indicate the meaning or name of each picture, or match with larger flashcards. You may also use this game as a springboard for a larger discussion on personal hygiene with your students if they are higher functioning. The possibilities are endless, depending on the skill level of your students.
