This project was designed to help students decipher their moods and likes/dislikes when it comes to music. By naming certain emotions and linking them to specific songs or genres of music, not only is the student acknowledging certain emotions, but also gaining the understanding of possible emotional patterns. This creates a bonding moment between students that might not ordinarily see eye to eye, yet through this "Ice Breaker" style project, similarities emerge, creating unity and similarities. This could also be used among faculty and staff, during team building retreats and workshops. Obviously, this project is not just about music!!
