Help your students understand how a pronoun is working in a sentence by sorting them into the three cases (i.e. subjective case, objective case, and possessive case).

Page 1: Directions

Directions: Cut out each circle. I recommend laminating the circles so that you will be able to use them multiple times.The small circles are personal pronouns. The larger circles are the three pronoun cases. Have students sort the pronouns by placing each circle on top of the correct case. Some pronouns, such as “you,” can be placed in more than one case. I included additional small circles for those pronouns.
