This 10 page document includes 31 muscular strength/endurance exercises, 5 cardiovascular exercises, 14 flexibility exercises, as well as a number of exercises for agility, speed, reaction time, co-ordination, and balance. I have included pictures of each exercise and how to record measurement. There are spots to perform each exercise 10 times. I have also included a grading rubric in order to assess improvement. All students need is this package, a weightroom or open gym, and a pencil! You can either print full pages or opt to print booklet printing and make a little booklet for each student to have.
