This activity serves as a culminating review of all personality theories focused on under the CollegeBoard's Personality Theory standard. After studying these theories, students must create their own theories to diagnose and define personality. Within their own theories they must reference existing theories and point out the good points and shortcomings of those theories, then how they address those shortcomings in their own new theories. The theory must address personality as related to 6 different systemic psychological questions such as: equilibrium vs growth and optimism vs pessimism.
A rubric for grading is included.
