I use these names tags to create personalized name tags. I went to Home Depot and bought a dry erase board for under $12. I had a friend cut up the boards into the desired shape I needed to create a heavy duty name tag that is reusable each year. I used contact paper to seal the name tags. What's great about creating your own heavy duty name tag is that you don't have to worry about messy tape on desks. It's easy to move seat arrangement, and I use them as a way to conference with students. Students will submit their name tags when they are ready for a conference, such as writing.
These name tags include the following:
A Place to Record Book Numbers for Management
Cooperative Shape (students can quickly meet according to their shape for discussion)
Student Number for Management (simply type in over the #1)
