These target behaviors are editable to meet the needs of your student. This specific example was used to a student who exhibited hyperactivity and impulsive in the classroom. Through a self-check form, the student became aware of his or her behaviors in the classroom and was able to learn to control and exhibit appropriate classroom behaviors.
