A ready-for speech NO PREP pragmatic language activity to practice perspective-taking and social inferencing skills. This pragmatic language activity was created to help your students/clients work on perspective-taking and thinking about what others are thinking about! The first part of this NO PREP activity includes teaching pages. The main part of the activity includes real pictures depicting various daily activities. Perfect for practicing perspective-taking and inferencing.
For each picture, there are 2 question cards. In the first card, ask your student or client to make a smart guess or inference 2 things that the individuals in the scene might be thinking. In the second card, ask them to tell you what visual clues they see in the picture to help them make the inference. The activity also includes a worksheet to support the discussion and for written reflection. This activity includes an interactive PDF that can be used offline as well as a Boom Cards version.
This is a perfect activity to work on perspective taking and identifying clues that help with social inferencing. This activity can be used for in-person as well as teletherapy.
