If you are teaching "Le Petit Prince" by St. Exupery, and you just want to add a little fun review every few chapters, this is for you. Here are 6 memory games. Each game covers several chapters.
You play the game like a traditional memory game. There are cards turned face-down on a table. The student chooses 2 cards, and see if they match (or go together). If they do, the student keeps those cards and takes another turn. If the two cards don't match or go together, the student returns them where they came from, and it goes to the next student.
These cards are question / answer pairings. For example, one set of cards might have the question: "Combien d'epines a la fleur?" and the answer that would match that question would be "La fleur a quatre epines.".
There are 6 games. Each game also has a scanned picture from that part of the book. Glue the picture on the back of the page of cards before you cut the cards apart. That way, when you have finished the game, your students can put together the picture, like a puzzle, and you can encourage dialogue about the picture in French.
