These classified cards include seven each of western culture pets and farm animals.
Classified cards teach the names of a set of things. Cut out the cards on the thick lines. There is one control (image and name), one image and one name card for every word or phrase. Cut the control booklet on the thick lines. Fold in the middle and bind on the space on the edge.
I recommend laminating everything so that it lasts longer.
To use: the child can match the name / image cards to the control card or to each other if they can read. The control booklet serves as a help for the child to check their work once they’re done. The adult should only show the child how to neatly lay out the cards from left to right in the working space. Corrections by the adult are not necessary as the child can check the booklet or control cards.
Discussions about the things on the cards will give the child an increased vocabulary and an understanding of the topic.
