Product Description

This is a 4 day workout for 4 weeks to be used in the weightroom. The Olympic lifts (squat, bench, hang clean, and dead lift) are percentages from a student's max. If a student does not have a max, the lift can be done with a weight that the student can handle for the reps provided. Once 4 weeks are over, Phase 2 can be added.
