Use the sound spelling card pictures to help children identify the correct letter sound to write in the box. After filling in the 3 boxes they will notice that they spelled a word.
I laminated each page. Separated it by vowel sounds and put them into 1 inch binders. I use this at centers. Each student grabs a dry erase marker, eraser, and one binder. For that time period they are identifying the sound by using the pictures and then reading the whole word that they create. I also wrote the answers on the back of each paper so they could check to see if they were correct.
Focuses on Short a, Short o, Short i, and digraph CK at the end of a word.
*Some of the pictures are not showing up on the thumbnail, BUT they all are on the word document and neatly in place.****
