Product Description
This is an activity where students read words and delete the part of the word to make a new word. Students practice manipulating parts of the word. In this activity students follow the direction on the card, example, say doorbell without the bell and then they match the direction card to the picture card with the new word on it. There are two worksheets with this activity. It comes with a worksheet where students write the new words that has been made. On the other worksheet, students cut and paste the picture to the new word. Print this activity on card stock, laminate for durability and have students start practicing. This is a great activity for a learning station working with manipulating letters and words. Great for Kindergarten or lower level first graders.
