Description

Have your little soldiers ready to Sound Off! with this new phonemic awareness unit by Kim and Megan. This pact is designed to help children to develop phonemic awareness as they sort pictures by their beginning, middle and ending sound. There are 24 sorts for the beginning sound, 21 sorts for the ending sound, and 9 sorts for the middle vowel sound (no long u). These sorts are done by SOUND only, not the actual letter. There are also three anchor charts, one for beginning sound, one for middle vowel sound, and one for ending sound, to use while brainstorming words/pictures to match the selected sort.
