No frills, just clear touch and say color coded “dots” to practice decoding short vowels, digraphs, and 2-letter initial blends. 216 pages of content....Wowza!

Created without a "kiddy" aesthetic for both older or younger learners who struggle with decoding. This pack also includes nonword cards as well as cards with visual “blending” line only for those learners who no longer need the support of visual touch and say dots.

To use?

1. Print and cut each drill card. Laminate and paperhole punch if desired.

2. To drill, instruct learner to put their finger on the “dot” below each word and say the letter sound. Alternatively, use the dot as a visual reminder to “tap out” the letter sounds on their fingers.

3. Instruct the student to move their finger below the three gray dots to the black line.

4. Have the learner move their finger across the word while blending the sounds together to make a word.
