Looking for a way to better support at risk students in their literacy development? Research backs the use of decodable readers when it comes to mastering reading. That is why I put together these phonics decodable passages that can be used for intervention, extra support, center activities, home support, and more. Guessing words is not the way to mastering reading for many students. These passages target phonics skills, so you can support literacy development in all your students.
This resource includes four different formats to make them versatile for all teachers. Each passage includes black and white printable formats, Google Slides formats, Seesaw formats, and PowerPoint formats. There are a few different options for each passage too.
⭐25 Different CVC Passages in 13 different formats
⭐4 Different CVCe Passages in 13 different formats
⭐18 Different Vowel Teams Passages in 13 different formats
This growing bundle will have added later:
There will be 90 different passages in 13 different formats once completed.
This bundle is priced based off what is currently included, but I will be adding more over the year. I actually have them written and have illustrations added to them, but I need to edit them more and put together the various formats.
There are three different digital versions in here. You will only need of the following if using a digital format:
1. Seesaw Version: You need access to a Seesaw account for your classroom where students are able to use multipage activities for completing drag and drop activities.
2. Google Slides Version: You need something compatible to assign multiple copies of editable Google Slide files at once. Google Classroom will work with this, but there are other compatible LMS out there too.
3. PowerPoint version: For remote learning, I recommend using this with Microsoft Teams or another compatible LMS with PowerPoint online. Students will each need their own copy of the file, since they will be editing it.
4. Printable version: These come in a standard PDF like what you normally would download from TPT.
About the Download: You will download a PDF that has links to all the resources. The printable options will be in the PDF after the digital links. There are instructions on how to link to the files with it. Each page is clearly labeled, so you know where to download the version that you need.
Note: I am not affiliated with Google, Seesaw, or PowerPoint. Nor do they endorse this resource. These are simply resources created for use on their platforms.
This resource is for personal use only and one license is for one classroom. Multiple licenses may be purchased for a discount. Please be kind and do not share without buying extra licenses, since we all work hard to support our families.
