Phonics Decodable Reader Passages Bundle | Comprehension | Reading Passages

This is a bundle of my decodable Phonics Reading Passages. This phonics focused bundle includes 220 decodable phonics based reading passages covering these phonics concepts: short vowels, long vowels with silent e, beginning blends, ending blends, digraphs, r-controlled vowels, vowel teams, diphthongs, and added endings. Aligned to the Science of Reading, students will focus on decoding words for each phonics pattern.

What's included?

There are 5-6 decodable reading passages included for every single phonics focus. These phonics reading passages are great to use with your early readers who are working on decoding words.

Each phonics decodable reading passage includes an initial word work practice where students will decode the words prior to reading in context. Students will then read the passage, decoding the same words, in context. After, students will practice writing the words when responding to the comprehension questions.

1. Black & White printer-friendly format passage, which includes: word work, pictures, comprehension questions
2. Black & White printer-friendly format, with just the decodable reading passage and pictures (Passages have larger print size and more spacing between the lines.) This format is great for introducing the text, or if you are looking for some extra practice with just the phonics concepts, in context.
3. Full Page, colorful format, of the decodable reading passage. This is great for projecting in your classroom, or on your computer.

These decodable phonics based reading passages work great in small groups, whole group, one-on-one or sent home for extra help. If you have students who need help with decoding words, this is a great way to get them to practice decoding words in and out of context.
