Interactive Notebooks provide a fun, creative way to practice new skills. The students love sharing their books. The journals serve as a handy reference for skills already taught too!

This pack came about as I worked with the Wonders reading program by McGraw-Hill and implemented it into my reading centers. I wanted my students engaged in meaningful word work activities that would make phonics connections to reading and writing.The Stamp A Word pages have pictures that match other activities in my Wonders Supplemental Unit {Grade 1-Unit 3}.

Wonders Supplemental Unit {Grade 1-Unit 3} includes long vowels a, I, o and u (all with silent e), the vowel sound /oo/ and soft c, g and -dge.

short e, short u, ending blends and digraphs sh, th, wh, ph, ch and -tch and can be purchased separately.
