Phonics Posters were designed to help students to learn to read and spell. I've put these together for teachers to display in the classroom. I use them when introducing a new phoneme to my class. They are then displayed for future reference. I was trained in the traditional Spalding Phonological Awareness Program when I started teaching. I have always incorporated that foundation into my ELAR teaching. I call the phonemes chunks in my class, I've just found it easier for my students to remember that name.
