*Read, Circle, Sort (read the sentence, circle the ou/ow words and write them)
*Unscramble the Words (and answer key)
*Roll and Write (Students use a dice to roll a number. They write the word of whatever number they rolled. First word to be completely filled in is the winner.)
*Story Writing (students choose at least 5 picture/word cards and use them to create a story) – 2 templates
*Scoot Activity (place around the room and students fill in the missing diphthong). Print cards on colored paper and laminate.
