I have taught young students in EFL class for many years. Many students spend much time on reading class but some students have difficulties in reading new stories. I made these sound cards to help the confused students learn English sounds and read sentences. I believe phonemic awareness and synthetic phonics are the best way for young students. Phonics instruction is one of the oldest methods of teaching children to read. This program is very simple, straight forward, step-by-step, and it can be used to teach even very young children to read.
This reading program is based on phonemic awareness and synthetic phonics, and the essence of it, is teaching children to read through repeated practice; by developing a keen knowledge and awareness of the letters, letter sounds, and sound connections; and eventually acquire an "automatic reflex" of quickly decoding words leading to fluent reading of sentences and short stories.
I hope that my students can read good stories and have beautiful mind..
