Phonogram cards are phonics cards that follow the science of reading. Where phonemes are sounds, phonograms are a letter or combination of letters that represent a sound. Phonogram cards are designed to teach students the combinations of letters that represent sounds. Use these cards during whole group instruction, small groups, warm up, centers, or intervention.
