Phonological awareness is the foundational building block for solid reading skills and this is a great way to make sure your students are on track. If your students are struggling - small group intervention with a focus on phonological awareness is likely to improve reading skills significantly. Use this tool once per month (or more often if necessary) to make sure your Tier 2 Interventions are working!
