Hello! I created this game to work on the "social fake", or the ability to interpret a social situation and adjust one's language and actions to preserve someone's feelings. Children with social cognition/pragmatic language deficits may have significant difficulty formulating a “white lie” within a social situation.
This game requires each player to answer four prompt questions for social situations related to:
a) using perspective to consider others’ feelings and develop a plan to preserve the feelings of others;
b) determine the best response/action to maintain the social relationship;
c) discuss intentions;
d) discuss outcomes.
This game includes:
40 social situation cards that require a “social fake”.
10 bonus game cards and 10 blank cards to make your own customized cards.
Thanks for looking, and please don't forget to leave feedback!
