This is intended to be used as a rough draft guide for students when creating a final product.
Have students sketch out their ideas for their pictures - where they want the focus and the lines. This helps them take better pictures especially if you have taught them how to take good pictures from different angles and focuses.
Then have them work on the captions. Have them do peer edits and require a teacher edit.
You can emphasize a grammar concept you are currently teaching, or this can be used to help underdeveloped writers. The ones who still aren't using complete sentences! By requiring all students to check off at least one with you, it gives you time to work one on one with the students who really need it.
