This short Photoshop tutorial shows students how to create an image that appears 3D when viewed through red/blue lens tinted anaglyph 3D glasses. Students take two photographs and then use Photoshop to bring them together. Some tinting here and there and boom - a 3D image! The lesson also includes instructions that allow students to create their own pair of red/blue tinted 3D glasses (links to websites that offer a free pair of glasses are also included).
This lesson assumes students have never used Photoshop. A file is included which lists of all the tools this lesson covers. Instructions are written for Photoshop CS3, but can be easily adjusted for use with any version of the software. Offered in .docx format to allow you to edit and personalize the instructions to meet the needs of your class/course.
Don't bother with poorly written tutorials on the Internet that you can't edit - download, modify, and use this lesson with your students today! Enjoy!
