Plants have a special "recipe" they use to make the glucose they need to survive during photosynthesis. There are specific ingredients and amounts of those ingredients that are needed. Students create their own recipe card (for a plant) showing what those ingredients are (water, sun, and carbon dioxide). They come up with a delicious title for their recipe, write in detailed steps for the plant to follow, and draw a picture. Includes directions and a card template or students can use large index cards.
