An easy to follow lesson plan that allows the student to learn the proper form and progression for push-ups. Any student/adult can choose to start on the progression they are most comfortable with, learn the cues and what to focus on, practice, then progress to the next level when confident.
This lesson also includes reflective questions to help students assess where they are strength and skill wise, set a goal for what they want to be able to do in the future, and identify actions outside of class to support those goals.
For the teacher there is a section that allows them to reflect on what went well in the lesson, and what they'd change, tweak or make their own for the next time they use it.
