This is an interval training workout which will help to build muscle, increase endurance and burn fat in a very efficient way. The workouts all are done with the student’s own bodyweight, therefore no equipment is needed. The workouts can be done in the comfort of virtually any teaching space and are completed in a total of 20 minutes as structured, but the workouts can be modified in many ways and customized to fit your needs.
