This file contains the critical elements to various sports and skills. There are over 30 pages to print out for the critical elements for the skills listed in this file. They can be printed off as a regular sheet or if you have a poster maker, they turn out great to hang up in your classroom supersized. The critical elements break down specific skills so that your students can learn the basic techniques to various sports skills. These critical elements can be covered at any grade level so that the students know exactly what the teacher is going to assess them on during a skill session. The critical elements covered will be in the following areas: Axial skills (bending, stretching, twisting, turning, etc.), bowling and a bowling rotation, manipulative skills (throw, kick, catch, etc.), locomotor skills, basketball skills, soccer skills, volleyball skills, baseball skills, golf skills, hockey skills, a printout for showing sportsmanship, and a skills list for cooperative activities. All these skills can be printed on a normal printer and they have large headings with bullet point references so that it makes it easy to understand. The skills can be displayed like a banner on a poster maker if you work has one to offer. The critical element sheets can be printed together or individually by setting your printer options to certain pages to print. Also, with pictures on the posters, it makes them colorful to look at so that they aren’t so plain.
