This is a fitness day that will emphasize the 5 components of fitness. You will set up our gym with four stations in the corners of the gym and divide your students into four groups. They will be at each station 5 -8 minutes depending what fits your class time and age group best. After they have completed the four stations; Cardiorespiratory, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, and Muscular Endurance you then can end class by talking about the last component that is Body Composition and how they all worked on that component by moving and working hard today. Also good time to throw in some nutrition tips.
