Turn a regular deck of playing cards into a fitness activity. You may use this activity in a variety of ways. I typically put students in groups of 3-4 on one end line of the gym and the signs on a cone at the other end.( I place the cards to that suit in a mixed up order under that cone The students run down pick the first card on the deck, read that number activity and come back and tell their group what they need to do. Then the next student repeats, and they continue until they have completed all the cards in their suit. They like to race the other teams.
