Good fitness activity to show how much exercise it takes to burn a specific amount of calorie intake. In this case we use the snack size (small bag) of plain M & M's. Told the students that they all just ate this and now need to select activities to burn that amount of calories off. At the end depending on what they select they will also learn how intensity of an exercise affects the calorie burn also. Students are amazed how hard they had to work to just burn off that small bag of
M & M's.
