This is a fun fitness activity. I printed off the back side of the cards and the front side of the cards. Then I taped them together and laminated them. After that you will have a fun fitness activity to take out and use with your classes when you would like. I place the cards in a box and one person from each team comes up and draws out a card then the go back to their team and they all do the exercises on the card. They do this unit they have 5 cards, then they can choose to trade 1 or 2 cards in to get a better poker hand. The team that wins that round gets to stretch in the middle of the gym while the other teams do a few laps. Then you can go to round two !
