Physical Science Reading Passages with Comprehension Practice
This packet includes 9 reading passages for mid to upper elementary on various physical science topics. The passages are written in simplified vocabulary to allow the students to focus on comprehension and science rather than decoding long or unfamiliar words. The simplified language also makes these passages great for your special education students and other struggling readers.
Each passage is approximately 450 words in length and are useful as introductory or refresher content on physical science concepts
Each passages includes a short 6 question comprehension assessment that has 3 multiple choice questions and 3 short answer questions.
