The lesson is scaffolded to even the most basic level, and the scaffolds can easily be adjusted for differentiation. The folder contains guided notes (in multiple formats), PowerPoint and homework. To use this lesson, you need to have open and available for students to view the phet energy skate park simulation, which is free online (just google it). You should assemble each ramp shown in the pictures on my PowerPoint slides and have students draw the corresponding energy graphs. Full disclosure: This lesson is really hard to explain to to another teacher without being at a computer doing the simulation with them, so if you are at all shaky on mechanical energy graphs yourself or are uncertain when you take a look at the phet energy skate park simulation, this lesson probably isn't for you.
