These learning targets are used hand in hand with the first unit of motion. This unit is quite large, and I normally teach it in two parts. Constant Motion is the first section, with a quiz, then accelerated motion with a unit test.
I use this as a "Cliff Notes" version of the learning. Students can add evidence, definitions, examples of the learning target, and specify where they were introduced to this topic, or where we practiced it.
When they go to study for the unit test, this is their first stop. They may read the evidence or example, and be comfortable to move on, or they may want to reference "Where we have seen this" to help them find more information.
