We need our students to focus on the physics of a problem and not get bogged down in the algebra. How to do that? Use a formula sheet.
This version has many more formulas and derivations of those formulas than the version used in AP Physics. It’s great scaffolding for weaker students and for students as they are learning the material.
This physics formula sheet is appropriate for both on-level and pre-AP physics. It is broken up by topic. My students really appreciate this document. It includes formulas for linear motion, circular motion, momentum, torque, thermodynamics, waves, lenses, nuclear, electricity, and magnetic fields.
