Product Description
Celebrate Pi Day and give students the practice they need at graphing points using sine and cosine with this Math-Then-Graph Activities.

Students are given a list of coordinate points to plot. Some of the points appear as a magnitude and a degrees measure. The students need to find the value of x and y using ( r•cos θ, r•sin θ ) and use those values as coordinate points. Then the students should connect the coordinate points in order. When they are done, they will have graphed a picture of the symbol Pi.

Here are some tips:
[1] All points will be on one grid line or another.
[2] A completed picture has been provided to be used as a key.
[4] I have also found that printing graph paper directly from themathworksheetsite.com
helps out, but any graph paper will do.
[5] Remember to copy double-sided when necessary to save paper
