Meridee Winters - Busy Bees is a colorful game that is a great way to get young piano students to learn their finger numbers and kinesthetically practice them, even when they are not ready to play on an actual piano yet. Use the game within lessons, or leave it with students to practice anywhere… no piano required!
To play, simply have the student squish the bee with that correct finger. Mix it up by buzzing as you reach each bee, or by timing how long it takes to complete a page and beating your own score.
As your student continues to progress, check out my other games for note reading, rhythm and more.
Have fun, and I hope you enjoy my creative music teaching materials!
