This has been a LIFESAVER for myself and my students when we start working on scales, chords, and all that other fun theory stuff that I barely survived in college and it makes learning about enharmonic pitches so much easier for my ELL students.
It's a pretty basic file that I usually walk my students through filling out as we learn about enharmonic pitches. They keep this with them as a reference to use in class and on assessments if necessary.
I leave room at the bottom for students to write in vocabulary that also comes up as I teach. I've found this really help for my students in memorizing the location of pitches in the piano and especially their enharmonic pitches. I hope it can be useful for you as well.
