This document is three variations of the assignment sheet I created for my Piano students and a student progress tracker that tracks which Major and Minor sales, chord progressions, arpeggios, chromatic scales and whole tone scales your students have completed.
The assignment sheet I use for beginners has a place for their lesson book assignments for the week and a practice chart at the bottom.
The next one has spots for two lesson book assignments and a fun book (or any supplemental book) assignment and the practice chart at the bottom.
The third one is the assignment page I use for students who are working on scales, chord progressions or arpeggios. It has room for lesson and supplemental book assignments and does not have a practice chart on it.
At the beginning of each part of the assignment is a blank line where I write how many times in a row that part of the assignment needs to be practiced before moving onto the next part of the assignment. If you want, you could write in how many minutes your student should work on that part of the assignment in their practice time.
Music is Fun is my studio name, so please feel free to change the word art at the top to customize the practice sheets for your studio.
