Product Description
Looking for a cute, fun way to group students with no hurt feelings? This adorable set of food pairings is the perfect fit for cooperative learning. Easily group students in groups of 2 or 3 using these classic food combinations! Simply print onto cardstock and laminate for durability. Put all of the cards into a container and let students draw one card. No peeking!

Pairings Include:
pancakes + syrup
salt + pepper
bacon + eggs
burger + fries
peas + carrots
macaroni + cheese
coffee + donuts
cookies + milk
berries + cream
peanut butter + jelly

There are 20 partner cards. To use these cards for a larger class, make 2 sets of some cards.

For groups of 3, I have provided bonus cards with the food combo already matched. Use these in addition to the set above to easily match students into small groups.

Groups of 3 would look like this:
pancakes + syrup + pancakes & syrup
salt + pepper + salt & pepper
bacon + eggs + bacon & eggs
burger + fries + burger & fries
peas + carrots + peas & carrots
macaroni + cheese + macaroni & cheese
coffee + donuts + coffee & donuts
cookies + milk + cookies & milk
berries + cream + berries & cream
peanut butter + jelly + peanut butter & jelly

Used this way, you would have 30 total cards. This is perfect for a large class.

If you are only using the first set of cards, the bonus combo cards would be perfect for showing students who to look for! Younger children may not know the classic combos of coffee & donuts or peas & carrots, for example.
