This fiction book project allows students to present a literary analysis of a novel by selecting from 15 activities arranged in six different categories. Students can choose from any of the visual, auditory, and kinesthetic activities. The student checklist and grading rubric are included along with the guidelines for the project. This is a great alternative to traditional book reports as it allows students to choose their presentation format. After planning the project, students present the key points in a 2-3 minute presentation or book talk. The presentation rubric is also included. This project would work well for individual novel study, literature circles, and small group novel study.
