Five guiding questions are provided that can be the basis for whole class discussion or individual student essay response.
An extension idea is provided in the form of a website that allows students to make meal choices and see the results of their choices with a nutrition calculator.
The guide closes with the five guiding questions on three printable pages with plenty of room for written responses. An answer key is also provided.
