Picture or Visual Schedules are a true necessity for use in the primary classroom. They help young children understand their daily schedule and not worry about when it's time to go home. They help make transitions easier and are helpful visual aides for all students especially special needs students.
These cute schedule cards are made to fit in a pocket chart or hang on a wall or whiteboard without having an extensive border to get in the way. I love all the cute schedules that are out there, I just found I don't have much space and would prefer pictures and letters that can be seen from across the room.
Also included are smaller cards to write in times as well as a choice of pointed hands to point out where you're at in the daily schedule. For students learning to tell time, I've included cards with analog clock faces. Teachers draw in the hands and bang, here's a way to make learning to tell time meaningful.
I hope you enjoy using these cards to make a visual classroom schedule that's individualized for your own unique teaching situation.
