This is an activity for children to practice their picture word association skills. There are 16 eggs, one half of each egg has the picture of a baby animal and the other half has what the baby animal is called. Such as a picture of a baby duck on one half and the word "duckling" on the other. The children have to match the picture to the correct word. Each egg is "cracked" in a different way allowing for the tool to be self-correcting. This also comes with blank egg outlines for the children to glue them to or just place them on as they complete the pairs.
