Thank you for your interest in the Picture-Word Match: Digraphs pack! This material help children learn to read words with digraphs (sh, ch, th, ph, wh).
These words are part of the Montessori Green Series (pictures are outlined in green). Note: Both Western and Eastern hemispheres are provided for the word, Earth.

Picture-Word Match: Advanced Sounds Bundle
The pack includes:
- Eight sets of Picture Mats and Word Cards, each with four words per page. Vowels and consonants are offered in both blue and red. Print the Word Cards that are consistent with your educational environment.
- Picture Cards (to cut apart) for matching picture-word without the mats (i.e., for group activities, floor work on a Montessori rug, or ELA centers using a small placemat on the table).
- Control Charts (correct answers) for self-correction of work by the child. Vowels and consonants are offered in both blue and red. Print the Control Charts that are consistent with your educational environment. I usually print these 1/2 the size (2 per page) for space and storage reasons.
- Cut & Paste Worksheets or Extensions: The five worksheets review all of the words in this pack.
Please note: Sets 1-5 of this Picture-Word Match: Digraphs material contains the same pictures as the Word Building: Beginning & Ending Digraphs material. Different skills (i.e., reading and spelling/writing, respectively) are practiced when using each of these materials. The Word Building material also includes differentiated writing practice sheets/mini-books, which can be used as an extension for both the Word Building and Picture-Word Match activities. Sets 6-8 are are a bonus included in the Picture-Word Match 2020 update (they may be included in an update of the Word Building material in the future).
The purchase of one license of this product allows for single teacher, single classroom use. Please purchase multiple licenses if the product will be used in multiple classrooms or schools. This product may not be resold or distributed.
